Name of the starting or ending location (IATA location) for the required travel service.

Procedure

You have the following data entry options:

• Enter the full location name
• Enter the IATA Code/Abbreviation (for example FRA for Frankfurt)
• Enter the start of the location name and *
  Example: If you enter Fra* -> you are provided with a list of all IATA locations that start with Fra, and you can then select the location you require from the list by double clicking on it.

This relates to the departure or arrival location for the selected flight.

You must enter a starting location for all service categories.

Hotel:You do not need to enter an end location for this category

Car Rental: You only need to enter an end location if the drop-off location is different to the pick-up location.

You can only enter locations that have a registered International Air Transport Association (IATA) abbreviation/code.
