Definition
In queue assignments for CCMS qRFC monitoring: Specification of a queue or set of queues by name that are to be included in a queue group. The queues identified in this field are reported on separately in the monitoring sub-tree defined by the queue group.
In alert-shifting for CCMS qRFC monitoring: Specification of a queue or set of queues by name for which the alert value of error messages is to be changed from the default red alert. By default, the CCMS qRFC monitor reports all error messages as red messages. If the monitor finds a message with the queue, client, and status specified here, then the message instead receives the alert value that you specify here. For example, you can specify that CPICERR messages for CRM_SITE* queues should have an alert value of yellow instead of red.
Procedure
Enter a fully-specified queue name to include a single queue in a queue group.
Alternatively, enter a queue name specification ending in a '*' wild-card to include all queues starting with your wild-card string.
You can create as many queue-assignment entries for a queue group as you wish.
Note that marking the NOMONITOR field turns monitoring off for the queues that you specify here.
