If you select this option, you can edit all international and country- specific infotypes.
Dependencies
Both standard and customer infotypes may be country-specific. You specify whether an infotype is relevant only for a particular country in Customizing for Organizational Management under Basic Settings -> Data Model Enhancement -> Infotype Maintenance -> Maintain Country Specific Infotypes.
