Definition
You can use this field to determine the means used to define the user name for the Internet user. A user name is only defined for Internet users based on transaction SU01. This means the field is not relevant if you are using classic Internet users based on transaction SU05. The following settings are possible:
- The business partner defines the user name. Here, the business partner must specify a user name; that is to say, the field for the user name on the form becomes a required field.
- Function module defines user name. Here, the function module entered in field FM_ALIAS_SYSTEM generates a user name. The user's address data serves as input for the function module (structure RJKWWW_ADDRESS).
If you leave this field blank, the system assigns it the setting 'Business partner defines user name'.
