Definition

Fill status of archive info structures belonging to the archive files:

• "complete":
  The system has finished filling the info structure for the archive file. It is, however, possible, that no entries for the archive file could be found. Entries are only available if the archive file does in fact contain data for the fields in the info structure. You can check whether there really are entries for a specific archive file in the info structure using the "check indexing" function.
• '-':
  No info structure has yet been filled for the archive file.
• 'incomplete':
  The system has started filling the info structure for the archive file but has not yet finished. Either the filling was interrupted or it is still being carried out.
• 'incorrect':
  An error occurred whilst the system was filling the info structure for an archive file. The system may have tried to insert records for which records already existed in the info structure. See also the notes in the error message Q6330.
