The traffic light indicates whether the fill status is correct for all archive files belonging to an info structure.
@08@: Fill status is correct for all files.
@09@: Fill status is not correct for all files.
@0A@: Fill status is not correct for any files.
The fill status of a file is only correct if
- the file status is set to "deletion completed" and the fill status to "complete" or if
- the file status is not set to "deletion completed" and the fill status is set to "-".
