Definition

The travel agency status indicates whether the requested travel services have been processed by the agency. This enables the traveler and those involved in the approval process to tell what the processing situation is for the services.

Use

A status is first set when the request is created. The travel agency can change the status. The status values are subject to authorization checks in Travel Planning.
