Definition
Specifies whether a data record can be archived. The analysis program sets the status after the residence time check and the business-related check. The status can be as follows:
- 1: Cannot Be Archived
- 2: Can Be Archived
- 3: Can Be Deleted
Data with status 2 or 3 is deleted from the system in this order. The difference is that data with status 2 is firstly copied to an archive file.
