Use this indicator to set the point in time at which change messages (change notices) are to be transmitted.
Use
If you set this indicator and the indicator "New message determination is not set, the chosen transmission time-spot is taken for change messages.
If you do not set the indicator and the indicator "New message determination" is not set, the transmission time-spot of the new printout (first, or original, printout) is taken.
