Definition
Scheduled Shipping Date is the supplier's scheduled date for shipping material on the subject purchase order. It is specified in the day. month .year format.
Dependencies
There can be several scheduled shipping dates depending on the condition of the order. The different conditions of an order may be partly released for shipment, in backorder or been shipped. The entire quantity of the order must be covered with a combination of these three conditions. The balance of the TEI's referenced will be used only when applicable.
The SCD TEI is used as a pair with the order quantity (QTO) TEI.

In the above order exception message, the supplier is notifying to the customer new schedule information. When notifying the schedule shipping date changes, the entire unshipped quantity of the customer's order must be included.
