1. fixed format Airframe/Engine "S" File Data,
2. Equipment/Component "T" File Data,
3. Variable Format "V" File Data, or
4. Delivery Configuration Data file.

Use

Used in the beginning of a header record file. It is a mandatory data element.

FIC TEI, coded as V, is used in the beginning of the Header record along with the RTC TEI.
