Definition
Effectivity Range Code identifies the individual aircraft, engines or engine modules on which the subject part at the specified Catalog Sequence Number was installed at time of delivery
Use
It constitutes of a three digit FROM and a three digit TO figure and specifies a consecutive range of one or more units. When nonconsecutive numbers are referenced in the range, then multiple EEF's are used to identify the individual consecutive ranges within the series. EEF TEI can have multiple occurrences.
Dependencies
Its use is mandatory in the initial issue of the segment being established in the file.
Usability of these Codes is limited only to airframe and engine/engine-module 'S' files and Line Maintenance Segments (LMS) in "V" files. Blank spaces will be displayed for any T file applications.
