Definition
Determines the factor by which the basis for calculating average values is multiplied to adapt it for changed payments. These changes can be of a general nature, for example a standard pay increase. The payments made to an employee can also be changed individually, for example, if he or she is assigned to a new payscale group or if he or she receives a bonus.
Use
The following entries are possible:
- 4:
The system determines the increase factor using the wage type you have entered in the comparions wage type field. The system divides the amount entered for the current payroll period in the rate field of the comparions wage type by the amount entered for the previous period in the rate field of the comparions wage type.
- C:
This entry is only possible for Brasil.
The system determines the increase factor using the payroll parameters AVERA, stored in table T7BRAI (Inflation Adjustment). This parameter determines the factor by which the employee's payments should increase in each payroll period to compensate for the rate of inflation.
- D:
This entry is only possible for Brasil.
The system determines the increase factor by multiplying the two increase factors described in 4 and C.
