The unit for the net explosive substance mass.
The net explosive substance mass is specific to Class 1 substances and articles and assigns a value to the mass of the explosive substance contained in them. The value here refers to a standardized equivalent value. This is the same principle as when specifying the explosive force of nuclear weapons in kilotonnes TNT. It allows you to compare the explosive force of different explosive articles.
