A requirements record defined with this ID indicates that employees already assigned to a requirements record should also be included in this requirements record.
Use
Use this ID for requirements records that you want to assign to a person again in the shift plan.
Procedure
To define a requirements record with this ID, activate the field in the ID column.
Examples
To cover a requirement, alternating activities such as telephone coverage must be shared. One employee needs to add this activity to his or her current daily taskes, activate the corresponding requirements record with an X in the ID column. This requirements record can then be assigned again to a person already scheduled.

Use

Procedure
To indicate a requirements record with this ID, activate the ID field.
Examples
To cover a requirement, certain alternating tasks, such as telephone consulting, have to be completed. Because an employee has to do this task in additional to his or her usual takes, you indicate the corresponding requirements record by selecting the ID column.
This requirements record can also be assigned to a person already scheduled in the shift plan.
