Definition
A requirements record defined with an ID (identifier) can also be transferred from employees that are already assigned to a requirements record.
Use
Use the ID for requirements records that you also want to assign to a person in shift planning.
Procedure
To define a requirements record with an ID, activate the entry ID field.
Examples
In order to cover requirements, certain rotating tasks such as telephone consulting need to be completed. Because an employee needs to add this activity to his or own, you must identify the applicable requirements record by activating the ID field. This requirements record can also be assigned to a person who is already included in the shift plan.

Use

To indicate a requirements record with this ID, activate the ID field.
Examples
To cover a requirement, certain alternating tasks, such as telephone consulting, have to be completed. Because an employee has to do this task in additional to his or her usual takes, you indicate the corresponding requirements record by selecting the ID column.
This requirements record can also be assigned to a person already scheduled in the shift plan.
