Use

If an additional is to be ordered externally, the system has to determine a vendor for the additional.

Possible entries are:

  • Empty

    A vendor for the additional is not required.

  • 0

    No vendor for the additional found.

  • 1

    One vendor for the additional was found.

  • 2

    Several vendors for the additional were found. One was chosen at random for the purchase order. A workflow may have been created to select the vendor.

  • 3

    In the vendor master data, no vendor was found in the partner function for additionals.

  • 4

    The vendor for the additional was entered by the user in the additionals monitor.

  • 5

    The vendor for the additional was selected by workflow.
