    The additionals purchase order has not yet been generated.

  • 2

    The additionals purchase order has been successfully generated.

  • 3

    Changes were made to the reference document after the additionals purchase order was generated. These changes may have to be taken into account in the additionals purchase order. This status is set if the quantity of the material ordered or the delivery date was changed in the reference document.

  • 4

    The additionals purchase order was successfully changed. The quantity on-order and the delivery date of the additional can be automatically changed.

  • E

    The additionals purchase order could not be generated or changed.
