Use
As of SAP Web AS 6.40, the SAP application can implement the SAP GUI dialog (display of hit list) for the duplicate check itself.
Previously, the hit list was displayed in dialog boxes within the BAdI implementation (of a third-party provider, for example).
For the SAP applications that implement the display of the hit list, all hits are displayed whose match with the specified data record is larger than a certain threshold. The threshold is defined as a percentage.
The same applies to the people-centric UI. This threshold is the basis for the hit list of the duplicate check.
Use
Dependencies
For the applications "SAP Business Partners" and "Contact Person Relationships at SAP Business Partners", the hit list is displayed by a dialog of the SAP application. In the customer master and the vendor master, the hit list is still displayed by dialog boxes within the BAdI implementation.
