Definition

In the test run, the following statuses are possible:

• OK
  No errors occurred when creating the accounting document.
• Contains errors
  Errors occurred when creating the accounting document. The accounting document cannot be posted in the live run.
• Undefined
  No data has been passed on to Accounting.

In the live run, on the other hand, the following statuses are possible:

• Posted
  The accounting document has been posted successfully.
• Not posted
  Errors have occurred during processing. The accounting document has not been posted. The cause of the error must be removed. It is then necessary to transfer the relevant Accrual Engine document to Accounting manually - provided that this document has been created. In the application menu, you will find a corresponding transaction for transferring Accrual Engine documents to Accounting.
