Definition

Transaction codes in an Accrual Engine component should observe a naming convention:

All transaction codes have the same prefix.

This prefix enables generic programs of the Accrual Engine, for example, the periodic accrual run, to determine the components of the Accrual Engine.

This prefix should also be used in the BW extractors for the Accrual Engine.
