Documentation

Definition

The following statuses are possible for an accrual item in the Accrual Engine.

1. New
   The accrual item has been created, but no accruals have been posted yet.
2. Being processed
   Accruals have been posted. Values will continue to be posted during periodic accrual runs.
3. Completed
   All accruals have been posted. No more accruals will be posted during future periodic accrual runs
4. Obsolete
   The accrual items has been invalidated. No more accruals will be posted.
5. Stopped
   Posting of periodic accruals has been stopped ahead of schedule. No more postings will be made during periodic accrual postings, even if not all planned accruals postings have been made.
6. Reversed
   The accrual item has been reversed.
   This means that both the postings made for the accrual item and the accrual item itself have been reversed.
