Definition

The following statuses are possible for accrual objects in the Accrual Engine:

1. In process
   This accrual object will be taken into account during periodic processing, for example during periodic posting of accruals.
2. To be archived
   This accrual object and the corresponding accrual subobjects will not be taken into account during periodic processing. All required accrual postings have already been made.
   The status 'To Be Archived' is set by the system during preparation for archiving.
