Definition
The current fiscal year is determined automatically when the balance is carried forward from the previous year.
If the balance has not yet been carried forward, for example because the Accrual Engine contained no data in the previous year, the "current fiscal year" field is not filled.
The system takes the year that follows the last completed fiscal year as the current fiscal year.
Postings can only be made to the Accrual Engine in the current fiscal year.
