Documentation
Definition
The devaluation indicator shows how many years the material has been flagged as slow or non-moving.
Use
In order that previous years' results are considered during lowest value determination by movement rate, the percentage devaluation is controlled using the devaluation indicator. The devaluation indicator is
- increased by 1 if the material is slow or non-moving.
- set to 0 is the material is fast-moving.
You specify the value of the percentage devaluation with reference to the devaluation indicator, in Customizing for the valuation.
