Default value for the budget billing cycle.
Use
Always used if no budget billing cycle is entered in the contract.
Dependencies
If you enter the budget billing cycle 00 as the standard cycle, no budget billing amount is charged. If you do not specify 00, you must maintain the combination accordingly in the Allowable date field.
In the contract, you can override the budget billing cycle entered here. You can only cycles in the contract if they were previously maintained in the portion.
