Use
This date is used as a basis for calculating all further scheduled print dates of budget billing amounts or creation of partial bills. The number of budget billing plan items from the schedule master record are distributed over the billing period as specified in the budget billing cycle.
Dependencies
If you specify 31st as a due date, all budget billing amounts are due on the last day of each month.

=> budget billing amount due dates 01/31; 02/28; 03/31; 04/30 etc.
