Documentation
Definition
This field displays the payroll days that have been valuated according to the settings made in Customizing.
The number of payroll days does not have to be the same as the number of Attendance or absence days.
Examples
Your employees work a 38-hour week - 8.5 hours a day from Monday to Thursday, and 4 hours on Fridays.
If all days were treated as one workday, employees who took a Friday off would be at a disadvantage compared to those who took time off on another day of the week.
This problem can be solved by coding the Rule table for absences and leave counting view as follows in Customizing:
Monday - Thursday Multiplier: 1.12 ( 8.5 / 7.6 )
Friday Multiplier: 0.52 ( 4.0 / 7.6 )
Supplementary Documentation - ABRTG 0001
Use
This field contains the payroll days after valuation in table T554X.
Procedure
Examples
An employee works 38 hours a week: 8.5 hours a day from Monday through Thursday, and 4 hours on Fridays.
If all days were valuated as one workday, an employee who took leave on a Friday would be at a disadvantage compared to an employee who took leave on another weekday.
As a solution, you could assign the following specifications in
table T554X:
Monday - Thursday Multiplier: 1,12 ( 8,5 / 7,6 )
Friday Multiplier: 0,52 ( 4,0 / 7,6 )
