Definition
The posting date indicates when the time ticket was recorded. If no date is entered, the first day of the period specified in the initial screen is taken.
The two-character field BUTAG is used on the fast entry screens (list screens), and the complete date BUDAT on the full screens. The corresponding modules supply the other field according to the rule BUDAT = T549Q-BEGDA + BUTAG - 1.
