Definition

The total status of the shipment identifies the processing status of a shipment.

Use

The total status of the shipment shows how far processing a shipment has progressed.
You can select shipments that have been processed to a certain extent.
The traffic light identifies the processing progress of a shipment on the overview screen for shipments.

Procedure

You can change the total status of a shipment, when you set a status in transportation processing.

Examples

  1. Planned Planning the shipment is finished.
  2. Register The vehicle arrives at the plant.
  3. Loading Start The vehicle is being loaded.
  4. Loading End Loading is finished.
  5. Shipment Completion Document are created.
  6. Shipment Start The shipment starts.
  7. Shipment End The shipment is finished.

Dependencies

Follow-up activities such as freight calculation, archiving, are controlled by means of the total status of the shipment.
