Documentation
Definition
When the contact coefficient check is active (the flag is set), vehicle space optimization considers the contact coefficient (in percent) indicated here. This means the optimization algorithm sees to it that the surface area of a material rests on a subjacent material at least to the extent of the area indicated here.
Use
Dependencies
The indicator 'Contact coefficient check' must be set before the system considers the value indicated here.
Example
When the value 75 % is entered in the field 'Contact coefficient', the materials are loaded in such a way that they are resting on a subjacent material to an extent of at least 75 %.
Conversely, the overhang of a material is oly allowed to a maximum extent of 25 %.
