Definition

Specifies a group that several templates can be assigned to. You can assign the template group to a specific configuration ID.

Use

Template groups are used when sending e-mail attachments. A template group is assigned to a specific configuration. This configuration is attached to a specific task. If, for example, you want to send an attachment for a customer task to an external processor via e-mail, you can select a template from this group. The template determines the type of attachment that is generated.

Example

You can specify the document that is created for a specific task when you assign the task to an external processor. In SAP Product and REACH Compliance, the standard template is usually an Interactive Form.
