Definition

Specifies a group that you can assign several e-mails to. You can assign the e-mail group to a specific configuration ID.

Use

E-mail groups are used when sending e-mails. An e-mail group is assigned to a specific configuration. This configuration is attached to a specific task. If, for example, you want to send a customer task to an external processor via e-mail, you can select an e-mail template from this group. The e-mail template determines the text and formatting used for the e-mail.
