Definition
Specifies the status of a task.
Use
The following statuses are automatically assigned to tasks within the status network:
- Created (CREAT)
The task was created.
- In Work (INWRK)
The task is assigned to a user, supplier, or customer and is being processed.
- In Work Externally (INWEX)
Specific information was requested from the user, supplier, or customer that the task is assigned to.
- Accepted (ACPTD):
The information received from a user, supplier, or customer was accepted. You can optionally add this status to the status network, if necessary.
- Inquired (INQUI)
The processor of the task requires further information. The task is assigned to the person responsible for the task.
- Completed (COMPL)
The task is completed or an answer to the task was given.
- Rejected (REJEC)
The task was not accepted for processing or the processing was unsuccessful.
- Confirmed (CONFI)
The task was successfully processed and closed.
- Archived (ARCHI)
The task was moved into the archive.
