Definition

Classifies the import mode. The following values are import modes:

Mode    Description

I    If you choose I, the system inserts the data sets without changing other data sets.

D    If you choose D, the system deletes all existing data sets and inserts the new data. If the parameter SRSID is selected, only data sets with like data origins are deleted. The data origin is defined in the import format.

C    All properties become deactivated. Identifiers and material assignment are deleted.

R    Like C and D; Only changed properties and identifiers are imported. This mode is recommended.

Note: It is not necessary to make changes to the data owner when importing identifiers.
