Documentation
Definition
Indicates if a worklist is active.
Use
You can select the checkbox to indicate that a worklist is active. This means the following:
- A relevant modification of products or parts of products (EHS specifications) creates new worklist entries. Depending on the change, for example, you must start the compliance checks or generate a new compliance report for the product.
- Worklist management determines the relevant objects for processing, meaning the parts on the structure's top level, such as the product itself. This determination avoids duplicate processing of the same object (product or part of the product) since only the objects that are determined for processing will be used while executing the worklist.
- Worklists can be executed (start the compliance check or generate compliance reports) using the determined objects of the previous step.
You can deselect the checkbox if worklists are not needed.
