Definition
The returns scenario identifier is used to categorize returns processes in Spare Parts Management (SPM).
Use
The following values are possible:
- 'A'
This is a standard return initiated by an SAP CRM returns request and is sent back directly to the company.
- 'B'
This is a standard return initiated by an SAP CRM returns request and is sent back to the supplier.
- 'C'
This is a follow-up stock transfer order (STO) process for a returns delivery.
The value is shown in the delivery dialog on the Returns overview screen.
