Definition
This flag indicates that no additional advance shipping notifications (ASN) are expected from the dealer for a specific returns material authorization (RMA) number.
Use
If the dealer sets this flag on the SAP ICH portal, the remaining open quantity for that specific RMA is set to zero. The flag is used mainly to close an RMA item, if the actually accepted quantity is smaller than the approved quantity.
Dependencies
To set this flag, you need to know the following:
- Approved quantity,
- Received quantity
- Open quantity
