Definition
An original returns delivery is created when a returns request is approved in SAP CRM and is relevant for the dealers' acceptance. The original returns delivery is created in the ERP system and has the accept approval status 'A'.
Use
Dependencies
A split returns delivery is related to an existing original delivery. It is created when part of (or the entire) quantity is confirmed in the dealer portal and is sent to the ERP system.
You can navigate to the original returns delivery by double clicking on the original returns delivery number.
