Definition

During an outbound process, when the ATP release date and time is reached, the ownership of the documents (SAP CRM order and unchecked delivery) changes.

Remember the following:

• Before the ATP release date, the user can make all the changes in SAP CRM, and the system transfers the changes to the ERP system in a new unchecked delivery.
• After the ATP release date, the document is "owned" by the ERP system, and changes in SAP CRM are restricted to prevent inconsistencies.

  But, the unchecked delivery is converted to a checked delivery at this time.

Use

The ATP release date and time is calculated in ATP and transferred via SAP CRM to the unchecked delivery. This process facilitates the transfer of delivery processing ownership from system to system as required, which restricts handling to the system processing the current delivery document.
