Definition
This flag controls the activation of CRM-related functionality in ERP.
Use
Activate this flag if you want to use one of the following functions:
- Sales order management in CRM without replication of the sales order to ERP (Direct Delivery Scenario with unchecked deliveries);
- Third Party Sales Order Processing (TPOP) with CRM sales orders;
- Complaints and returns with CRM service orders;
Dependencies
It is not required to activate this flag if you use the variant of CRM sales order management with replication of the CRM sales order to an ERP sales order.
