Definition
This flag controls whether the customer wants the selected carrier to be notified about a delivery.
Use
This flag is used for returns deliveries in the ERP system for the complaints and returns process.
When the accept approval of a returns delivery is received from the dealer portal (SAP ICH), in the customer's business partner master data you can determine whether the customer wants the selected carrier to be informed about the delivery.
