Definition

Describes the goods movement that is effected with the movement type.

The two-character codes have the following meaning:

  • GI: goods issue (consumption/usage, withdrawal) or goods receipt without reference
  • GR: goods receipt with reference to a purchase order or production order
  • GD: goods movement with reference to a delivery (from the Shipping component)
  • RE: return delivery, return, reversal
  • RE: returns reversal
  • TP: transfer to company's own stock
  • TF: transfer posting
  • TR: reversal of transfer posting
  • SLS: sales value receipt
