Definition

Describes the general logistic, partner-related and geographic characteristics of the event handler and the associated processes.

The event handler type is an Event Manager owned control parameter that may represent and summarize business process characteristics of the application object in an abstract form, to allow usage of the Event Manager independently of the SAP system.

The event handler type may depend on many parameters from the application object and is determined using conditions and a mapping function.
