If multiple values exist for an extraction field, you can choose which of these entries the system is to use, for example, only the first entry.
Example
You want to extract the data for an item of a purchase order. There might be multiple schedule lines for this purchase order item, for example. Here you can choose if you want to use all the entries or only the first or the last entry.
