Definition
Identifies the type of parameter being used.
Info and control parameters are used in both the application system and the SAP Event Manager.
Info parameters carry all additional information that has to be kept with the event handler (for example, carrier name hazardous material class of transported goods, and so on). Info parameters are delivered by SAP and can also be created by customers. They can be used in rule processing, if the info parameter has been enabled for condition processing.
Control parameters are delivered by SAP and can also be created by customers. Control parameters are used in conjunction with system parameters for event handler type determination and define the characteristics of the event handler.
