Definition
Used to create a set of items within an expected event profile.
Expected event profile groups are used when generating the expected events for an event handler to create recurring expected events based on the milestone/event data supplied by the application system.
For example, if an arrival, departure and POD event is expected for each destination point for a shipment, those three events are assigned a common group number. When the expected events are generated, an arrival, departure and POD expected event will be created for each destination in the shipment.
