Definition
Reference of an expected event in the application system. The reference is an identifier of an application-specific format that allows you to determine the exact origin (field) of an expected event in an application document. If, for example, an expected event originates from the start of the second leg of a shipment, the reference could contain information about the shipment number, leg number and the fact that the date came from the start of this leg.
