Documentation
Definition
This endorsement indicates whether and how the system applies cumulation in the pan-Euro-Med zone. The system supports the application of conventional verification documents in parallel to the new references with cumulation endorsement.
Use
When you receive a vendor-based long-term vendor declaration in which your vendor makes statements regarding the use of pan-Euro-Med, you can maintain the corresponding value when you enter the vendor declaration.
You have to specify an endorsement for cumulation dependent on your vendor's statement regarding the use of pan-Euro-Med. This applies both to a positive cumulation endorsement on the vendor declaration and to cases in which your vendor explicitly states that cumulation was not applied.
Accordingly, the following values are possible:
A: Positive cumulation endorsement exists (prerequisite: preferential origin status applies)
B: Negative cumulation endorsement exists (prerequisite: preferential origin status applies)
C: Cumulation endorsement is not relevant (prerequisite: preferential origin status does not apply but application of cumulation is desired).
When long-term vendor declarations for customers' purposes are issued, the flags are determined automatically, according to the prerequisites described above.
