The operator keeps track of all transactions affecting the venture, collect the costs and revenues of the joint venture and distributes them across the partners in relation to their equity shares.

Use

Dependencies

You can group several partners in an equity group, but you can only define one as operator.

The equity group is assigned as owner of the joint venture as of the valid-from date. From this date the operator assumes corporate control.
